PSYD_11_2025: Perturbation Network Analysis of Structural T1 MRI Data in Psychosis: A Multi-Study Framework for Understanding Brain Connectivity and Treatment Response

Short Summary/Abstract:

This project develops a personalized neuroimaging framework to investigate structural brain alterations in clinical high-risk (CHR) and first-episode psychosis (FEP). Using structural T1 MRI, explainable AI, and perturbation network analysis, the study aims to identify individualized patterns of brain abnormalities and relate them to clinical outcomes and treatment response. By moving beyond group-level findings, the project seeks to establish personalized biomarkers for early intervention and precision psychiatry in psychosis spectrum disorders.
